Come join us for a 60 minute circuit training and stretching program conducted by sports medicine physical therapist Lynn Watkins, PT OCS.
The class focuses on specific stretches and muscle strengthening exercises to improve flexibility and strength for your tennis game. Injury prevention and rehab exercises will also be addressed for those individuals with specific issues.
Drop-in Class on Wednesday mornings from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 am. Class fee is $15 and meets upstairs in the clubhouse – please bring a beach towel to stretch on the floor.
